Background
Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Green Finance Alliance (GBA–GFA), the first regional green finance alliance in China, was established in September 2020 by the Green Finance Committee of Guangdong Society for Finance and Banking (GDGFC), the Green Finance Committee of Financial Society of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (SZGFC), the Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA) and The Macau Association of Banks (ABM), with its secretariat permanently located in Shenzhen.
